Shipping and Orders
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transmit your credit card securely via encryption for your protection, and we do not store your credit card information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States is seven (7) business days. Most orders are received within 5 to 10 days of ordering. International orders will usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination, and customs processing. For customized or personalized items ordered, shipping may take longer based on demand and the availability of products and materials.
Shipping times during holidays or times of high demand can extend delivery times for both domestic and International orders, and may take an additional five to ten business days to ship.
What shipping method(s) are used?
Standard domestic U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL. International orders are shipped via one of the four main delivery carriers, as available in your residing country.
Is order tracking available?
Once you place an order, you will be provided with a tracking number upon your package being shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our warehouses. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order. Once your order has been marked as delivered, you are responsible for its receipt. Please note that International shipments will lose tracking capability once those shipments leave U.S. shores, but your order will still arrive.
If your domestic U.S. order has not been marked as delivered, please:
1. Allow seven (7) business days for your package’s delivery; and
2. Reach out to your postal service directly
3. If your tracking information doesn't update after 7 business days, please contact customer support
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All garments are made on demand, and printed at the time of order. Returns or exchanges for ordering an incorrect size must be done upon receipt of your order. Any and all returned items must be unworn, still have original tags and must arrive in the same new condition it was recieved in.
We do not provide exchanges or refunds for personalized products. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email with questions. If you received a defective item, we will happily replace it for you.
Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please be sure to contact us if that is the case. If your order is returned to us due to the package not being claimed, multiple delivery attempts made, etc., you will be responsible for paying the reship fee for your item’s delivery. Refunds in this occurrence will be processed for the cost of the item(s) only.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
As we make all products on demand (per your order) you can cancel your order within 24-hours after placing your order for a full refund (as requested). The same time window applies to making modifications to your order.
After that time period, we will immediately begin processing your order. Please be sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting your order, and contact us promptly with any questions regarding your order.
